Biography:
Attorney Ann Robertson focuses her practice in the areas of Immigration and Naturalization; Business Immigration; Citizenship; Consular Law; Employment Visas; Political Asylum and All Non-Immigrant Visas. Ms. Robertson is a Board Certified Immigration Law Specialist, North Carolina State Board of Legal Specialization.
Ms. Robertson earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also holds a Ph.D. from Duke University and both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina.
After graduating from law school, Ms. Robertson served as a Law Clerk to The Honorable John B. Lewis, Jr. at the N.C. Court of Appeals and then worked as Deputy Campaign Manager for Congressman David Price, U.S. House of Representatives prior to establishing her law firm, Robertson Immigration Law Firm.
Ann Robertson is a member of the Wake County and North Carolina Bar Associations; American Immigration Lawyers Association; and the National Association of Foreign Student Advisors; North Carolina Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the French-American Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. Robertson also teaches Continuing Legal Education courses.
